i feel great. i have been doing my school work and really like it. i have been listening to music all summer long. i really love Katy perry and lady gaga. i have been collecting owls because they are my favorite animal. i have an owl hat, 2 stuffed and a poster.
i did the boat regatta with tevi and we won most creative design. we were a giant croc, you know like the shoe! we were pink and sunk 2 times! it was so much fun.
i have also been doing storynory and mory with tevi.
we are all very exited and busy getting ready for the trip to Utah. i love our moterhome, is name is shorty and is going to Utah with us.

more summer activites
This year I am going with 3 friends to celebrate a birthday and have all kinds of fun. We are going to see a concert called Hot Chelle Rae. it is going to be really cool. Only one thing, were at the state fair so I need some money.so I have been doing extra chores like washing the dishes and take the dog for LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS of walks. When I go to the state fair we will get lunch, crazy hair and go on really fun rides. We will also get some souvenirs. I cant wait, it will be so much fun.
Also, I am in the musical
called Godspell. My part is Joanne and I
sing a solo, duet and, three part. The thing i like best about the play is all the little lessons. I also like all the acting in the background, its silly and circus-y. I love being on stage while acting and singing so this is the perfect project!
The last thing i've been up to is something called story nory mory on
the radio with my friend Tevi. Story Nory Mory is a show were we listen to storys and tell alittle more about the. We have been doing a lot of Greek stories lately, such as the Oddessey.

my summer so far
This summer has been great! We have planed a trip to Utah (for this fall), gotten a new baby
cousin (born on June 14) and have had lots of sunshine to play in.
I have been listening to a lot of music on Pandora and reading lots of books. Right now I am reading this great series called the_beacon_street_girls by Annie
Bryant. It is so good that I can't put it down (I read 9 chapters when I told mom I would only read one....oops!)

monster. She is a poppet which is like a
teddy bear and is so cute!! I think
moshi monsters is really fun.
Exercise. Yep, I have slow down, too muchy. so i have one week to alter my goals and get in gear or......... THE DEAL IS OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!! horrible as it is i am going to make it work. and that means stop thinking about only push-ups and sit-ups and think of quality not quantity, motivation and doing things without being told. I am gonna learn to do things (without being reminded) and to stick to my goals.
and that is it for this month, ciao!!!!!!!!!

Motivation
Motivation.
What is it? I will tell you what it is. Motivation is a feeling of inspiration
that helps you make a plan and execute it. Just like my exercise program. Oh,
by the way, I am not doing to good. Want to know why? Because while the exercise
is at the back of my head, more important stuff is at the front. My mom keeps trying to get me to do my
exercise but I am thinking of other stuff like a movie or book, and I have
really been slacking on writing in my blog.
My
motivation. My motivation to do the exercise, record it and write in my blog
without being asked. My motivation is on top of a mountain in Brain-Land,
locked in a chest with the key just out of reach. But I am going to set it free
and work harder than I ever have before. I will do my stuff without being told
and get what I want. I am going to unlock my motivation and reach the goal. But
to do this I must reach the key. I think of my inspirations such as mom and
that i-pod. I also think of not having those things and I reach the key.
“Click.” My motivation is unlocked and
at the top of my head.

one month ten days doing good
One Month and ten days in and still doing good.......

Running
and walking. Today I ran to the
post office non-stop with my legs feeling like gust of wind that never wanted
to stop. I could out run a tornado as it
spins and twists threw the sky. Feeling a wonderful stretch a smile springs up
on my face. I feel as if I can out-run
anything. I love this feeling, and not doing it to often makes me sad. Sad like the when the rain is falling and no
one is outside or when a dog has lost its bark forever. I yearn to do it more often and that is what I
will do.

Pushups. I can really feel the muscles in my arms getting
stronger. Stretching and growing. Becoming stronger. So strong that I could
lift up a grown elephant. When I do my pushups I feel as if can do anything at
all. Like climb the Empire State Building
or fly or even solve a great mystery. It’s
like I have changed genders as I switched from girl pushups to boy pushups but
the whole time I have stayed the same.

Sit-ups.
When I do my sit-ups my mind and soul leave me and let my body do its
job. The mind and soul hop on the butterfly express
and travels somewhere warm and nice, sending me postcards and giving me happy
thoughts.

Flexibility.
I don’t know what to say. I mean, I am not quite sure if I am doing good or
bad. It’s as if I am not sure I like the song or not. Is the tune great or
bad? I’m not sure what to do. I am just
glad that I can finally touch my toes! There is only one thing I can and that
is work harder.

Motivation.
Motivation is everything. It is your
strength and your accomplishments. In ways it is who you are and the choices
you make. I am so glad I am at least ok
with my motivation to make this decision to keep going. I need to work on it some
more like a fish has to work on swimming upstream.

15 days and still kickin
Day 15, I've had a pretty good workout so far. The highest I have gotten is 35 situps and 25 pushups, so I need to be able to do around 20 more of each! Mom says that I need to work on my form and flexibility more, and I'm doing that by streaching. Some days my muscles are really sore and I cant do my exercise very well because I push myself too hard....NOTE: pace yourself!
I have not been running or walking because it has been very muddy and mom says that's okay. But now that the mud has dried up I have been riding my bike with Vega, who just learned.
My motivation level is OK but I need to work on it. I am feeling very proud of myself and feel as if i already have achieved something great. I am working really hard for a new electronic and am getting a stronger body too!

Earning my iPod
Ok, this is what’s up. Mom offered me a really, really good deal where if I do enough exercise she will buy me an iPod! I have to do 40 push-ups, 50 sit-ups and run around XY Lake nonstop at the end of the summer. I will also work on my flexability.
We’re going on a road trip to Utah next winter and mom thought it would be better if I had an iPod and Vega had a DSI, but we have to earn it.
I would like a pink or red iPod with red head phones (if possible) and all of my favorite music. Some of my favorite singers are: Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Ke$ha and the Black eyed peas. I am just so excited about it!
To reach my goal I will do more sit-ups and push-ups everyday until September 3rd, and keep track of my progress in a notebook. I will also keep up my blog and do more chores. This will be fun!!
